Located in the heart of Historic Downtown Ponca City, Harvest Hall is a beautifully restored event venue where historic charm meets modern style. Originally the Union Bus Station, our space now hosts weddings, baby showers, birthdays, rehearsal dinners, corporate events, and life's biggest celebrations. With a versatile layout and beautiful courtyard, Harvest Hall is the perfect backdrop for any occasion.

Our custom tables are thoughtfully arranged with modern design, ready for your guests to gather, celebrate, and enjoy—no setup required.

All Inclusive Amenities

We offer a range of amenities included in your rental, including chairs, tables, a refrigerator, TV, microwave, Keurig coffee machine, and ice maker. Our aim is to make your rental experience hassle-free and provide everything you might need to host your event.

A relaxing courtyard

Enhance your event with our beautifully lit courtyard, furnished with comfortable patio seating and perfect for enjoying the fresh air. We also have cornhole games on site, making it a fun and relaxed space for guests to gather, or for hosting an intimate outdoor wedding celebration.

Your events will be hosted in our hall, which boasts a historical ambiance, including the unique ceiling tiles. Additionally, we have preserved the original retro Johns' Apparel Sign at the entrance, formerly the Union Bus Station sign. Our building has a rich historical background that we take pride in highlighting.

Within walking distance downtown consists of bars, dining, entertainment, a brewery, theatre, and lots of shopping at local boutiques!

Ready to secure your date?

You can check availability by selecting your event type and using our live calendar. We’ve made the booking process simple and seamless—just choose your event, select any add-ons, and pick your date and time. From there, you’ll be guided through a few quick questions and asked to review and agree to our terms and conditions.

You can choose to pay in full or reserve your date with a 50% deposit. If you choose the deposit option, the remaining balance will be invoiced and due 10 days prior to your event, and you’ll receive an email with all the details.
